Dutchman may face a US trial

Considering that European countries do not have the death penalty, the Dutch terrorist cannot be given the death sentence if the US wants to try him so the best they can do is offer him the life sentence. He also stated, in his defense, that he was forced to make the video, but his statement is apparently not believable enough.
