Virginia Tech incident leads to a series of copycat threats

The main topic of the issue and common theme for these threats is whether or not Cho's "feat" can be topped.
All over the country, schools and dorms have been evacuated due to bomb and shooting threats. It seems unreal that there are so many instances where people just capitalize off fresh fear, by reaching the conclusion that such actions are deemed valid and acceptable to their own conscience.
