Putin attack the new US missile shield in the Czech Republic by stating that he is going to start a new cold war and point Russian missiles at Europe. He also stated that his actions are nothing but a consequence to the actions done by the US. The NATO spokesman has shifted the blame on to the Russian Federation side, action to which Putin condemned as unwise considering that such statements will do nothing but raise the tension between the states.
