To protect America, Government must confront its illegal spying

Tens of millions have been spied on with the conformation of major telephone companies like AT&T and Verizon. The monitoring initially began with calls that were made overseas but now they are monitoring many calls that are domestic based. The problem is that the Congress gives the president power during crisis and national emergency which leads to loss of privacy.
