The sneak and peak method basically involves three to four people that can come into your house without you knowing that it is happening. Even though you might not know it is happening and it might infringe on your rights they are allowed to do so because they have a warrant from a judge in a secret court, you will not have any notification when this happens and all your information that you might think it is protected by any privacy right that you think you might have. For some reason I don’t feel too worried about this kind of action, but I guess if I was implicated in compromising business that can attract such attention then I would be worried.
